🏡 G+1 Residential House – Cherukupalli (Ongoing)
Our Cherukupalli project holds a special place in VLEA’s journey. This was the first project we visited and accepted, inspired by the client’s deep love and respect for his aged parents. As an NRI citizen of the USA, the client wanted to build a home in his ancestral village of Cherukupalli, ensuring his parents remain connected to their roots while enjoying modern comfort.
Cherukupalli, known for its peaceful environment and cultural charm, provided the perfect setting for a home that blends tradition with modern living. The design features a G+1 structure, thoughtfully planned to offer safety, accessibility, and comfort for elderly living, while accommodating the family’s future needs.
This project reflects not only architectural excellence but also emotional value, showcasing VLEA’s commitment to creating homes that go beyond construction – they preserve heritage, love, and belonging.
🏢 Nirmala Residency – Mixed-Use Commercial & Rental Building, Lam
We successfully completed the Nirmala residency in Lam, designed as a modern mixed-use development serving both commercial establishments and rental housing needs. The project combined functionality with aesthetics, integrating commercial units for business activities on the lower floors and well-planned rental apartments on the upper levels.
Our scope included concept design, architectural planning, structural engineering, cost estimation, and compliance with building bye-laws and Vastu principles. By aligning the design with the client’s vision, we delivered a project that ensures steady rental income and long-term commercial value.

🏠 Residential Silt+G+3 Apartment – Telecom Nagar

VLEA successfully delivered a Silt+G+3 residential apartment project in Telecom Nagar, designed for an NRI client from Germany. The building was conceptualized to balance family comfort and rental value.
The Ground floor was exclusively designed for the client’s parents, providing a spacious, customized living space. Each of the Upper floors was planned with two well-ventilated 2-bedroom flats per floor, ensuring functionality and modern design. The ground level includes dedicated parking facilities and a watchman’s room, optimizing safety and convenience.
From structural design to architectural planning and cost estimation, the project followed IS codes and local bye-laws while integrating Vastu principles for harmony. This project highlights VLEA’s ability to blend personalized family needs with practical real estate planning.
🏠 25th floor Luxury Apartment - Hyderabad

One of our most heartfelt projects was the interior design of a 25th-floor luxury apartment, a father’s gift to his son created with his entire retirement savings.
